Everyone wants to make a week night meal that that is quick and easy. At least I do! But I want my family to ohhh and aww over this meal like a 5 star chef made it. To me if it doesn't wow your taste buds then I maybe I should just stick to the dollar menu at my local fast food joint.
That's why this meal is a show stopper because with just a little tweaking and effort you can make so many wonderful deviations that will leave them breathless.
Here are some of my favorites:
1. Minced broccoli and rice stuffed
2. Chopped fresh pineapple and ham
3. Roasted pepper and onions
4. Creamed cheese and scallions
5. Jalapeno pepper, cream and cheddar cheese
These are just a few of the flavor combinations you can incorporate into this amazing recipe. Everyone has different tastes! So don't be afraid to test your kitchen ideas. You may never know how wonderful you can make dinner!
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Coat your flat glass baking dish with vegetable oil and set to the side. Filet your chicken breast into a foldable three part portion.
Bread your flattened chicken breast with grated parmesan cheese, Italian spices, and Ritz cracker crumbs. Mix together half of a block of cream cheese, cup of cheddar cheese, quarter of an onion minced, shake of salt and pepper. Then take a Tablespoon or two and roll inside your breaded chicken breast. Last but not least wrap your breast securely with two slices of Hickory smoked bacon. Place your wrapped chicken breast in your baking dish. Cook in oven till chicken breast has reached 165 degrees or till the breast is fully cooked. Once you remove from the oven top with grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Enjoy!!
